Image(s) that are sent should be less than 6MB in size if uploaded throught the site and should be scanned at a
resolution of 300DPI. The better quality the image, the better quality you will recieve from us. We will "doctor
up" the photos if we feel it is necessary and will make some adjustments such as "cropping" but will not accept
image(s) that require a lot of makeover work.We accept most file types but prefer .jpeg and .gif. Also, make sure
that you have permission to use any of the images that you send us. We assume no responsibilty for images
recieved that infringe on a third party's copyright.

I chose the wrong shipping destination, how do I correct it?
If you chose the wrong shipping method and have already completed payment for your order, please fill out our
Contact Form or call us at 304-263-7403. We will then send you a new invoice for the difference in shipping
cost. We WILL NOT ship any orders until the payment for the difference in the shipping cost is complete.
How do I send my image(s) and what are the requirements?
Image(s) can be sent to our artists using a couple different methods. When you place an order through an order
form, you may upload the image directly through that form. Also, when one of our artists replys back to your
request, you can attach and send an image in the e-mail that you reply back with. You may also send your
image(s) directly to us through standard mail if you prefer and we can scan them and sent them back to you for
only the price of shipping.
Why can't I purchase more than one set at a time
"Custom Drumsticks"- Custom Drumsticks mean that you design them yourself from the
ground up. You choose what graphics you want, what wording you want, and how you
want it all positioned on the sticks. Basically, whatever it is that you want done, we'll work
with you to create. These sticks tend to be more expensive than our "Pre-Designed
Drumsticks" when graphic work is involved.
How does payment for drumsticks work?
All of our payments are accepted through PayPal. If you place an order for Custom Drumsticks, we will send
you an online invoice so that you can complete the payment process. We DO NOT accept any credit cards over
the phone. All credit card payments are strictly handled through Paypal. If you DO NOT have a Paypal account,
you WILL NOT be required to create one. You can simply use your credit card to complete the payment
process.

What is the difference between "Custom Drumsticks"
and "Pre-Designed Drumsticks"?
"Pre-Designed Drumsticks"- These sticks are customizable, but not completely. We've
had many requests for designs which we have already done and decided to make it easier
for everyone. When you order "Pre-Designed Drumsticks", you will be taken to an order
form which will allow you to select a design from a list of templates. You will then be able
to go enter your own wording and select your own font to be placed on a designated area
on that drumstick set. After you complete your layout, you will then choose your shipping
destination and will then be able to complete payment right away. This is the FASTEST
way to get your custom sticks.
How long does it take to receive my order?
"Custom Drumsticks"- these take longer to produce than the "Pre-Designed Drumsticks" and vary in time and
depend largely on how quickly the customer takes to complete the payment process. We typically have sets done
within two weesk. We will "rush order" sets but for an increase in cost.
"Pre-Designed Drumsticks"-these sets are typically always shipped within 5 days of a placed order, though
we do not guarantee this. If there is an error in the form or the shipping address is not correct, this process
may take longer.

through the "Pre-Designed Drumstick" form?
The reason why we only allow one set to be purchased through this form is because we do give quantity
discounts if you do order sets that are set up EXACTLY the same. Therefore, we ask that you fill out our
"Custom Drumstick" form and describe to us what template you would like and how many sets you would
like engraved. IF you fill out the "Pre-Designed Drumstick" form and order the same set again, you WILL be
charged for both sets. We will not re-fund your money and send you a new invoice for the quantity discount.
Re-funds will only be given on the form unless there is an error that we are responsible for.
